Zoe is the Founder of Ready Set Prep with more than 12 years experience across Queensland, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. She is also a mother herself and understands how important it is for children to feel comfortable and relaxed to learn.

While working in the United Arab Emirates, Zoe worked in early childhood education with children as young as three years of age in a school environment. This process helped to prepare children for their first formal year of school – equivalent to Prep in Queensland, Australia. ​Upon returning to work in the Australian education system, Zoe recognised that many children began school without foundation literacy skills. This caused them to struggle to keep up with the demands of the Australian curriculum.

The small groups arrangements at Ready Set Prep enable the classes to be catered to each child’s needs, with a one-on-one focus.
